KIM NUSBAUM is a lawyer at Lenczner Slaght.

Kim’s growing litigation practice covers a broad range of areas including corporate-commercial, professional liability and energy-related disputes. She has a particular focus on employment litigation including wrongful dismissal, human rights violations and arbitrations under the Canada Labour Code.

Prior to joining to Lenczner Slaght, Kim articled and worked for a major corporate law firm in Calgary, Alberta. She has represented clients ranging from commercial airline operators to multi-national oil and gas companies.

While at law school, Kim received numerous academic awards, including recognition for achieving the highest grade in secured transactions, criminal law and family law. She was also the 2011 recipient of the Canadian Federation for Women Scholarship. Kim spent her final semester of law school studying abroad at the University of Hong Kong.
