Lenczner Slaght Welcomes Director of Client Operations
Canada’s leading litigation firm is proud to welcome, Ursula Dorosh, as the firm’s new Director of Client Operations.
Ursula is responsible for managing the Firm’s process improvement initiatives to address specific operational needs for our clients.
With a focus on further enhancing our legal service delivery and general business processes, Ursula will ensure that we continue to provide the most efficient and high quality service to our clients.

Prior to joining the Lenczner Slaght, Ursula worked for one of Canada’s largest law firms for nearly a decade, where she successfully launched a business intelligence research department, a pricing function and an internal resource centre.
Ursula has a background in proposal writing which evolved into a process oriented approach to departmental and legal service operations. She has led a variety of process improvement and technology implementation projects for improved client service.
