Veronica's practice also encompasses a broad-range of intellectual property litigation, including patents, trade-marks, and trade secret disputes. She has assisted with matters before the Federal Court of Canada, including patent infringement trials, PM(NOC) hearings, judicial reviews and trademark matters. Veronica also assisted with IP protection strategies and intellectual property agreements. Veronica graduated with a JD from the University of Ottawa (cum laude) and completed her nanotechnology engineering degree at the University of Waterloo. While in law school, Veronica competed in the Harold Fox Intellectual Property Moot and won the award for Best Factum.
