Adnan* graduated with First Class Honours in law from the University of Reading and the University of Cambridge. He studied the Bar Course as a Lord Denning and Residential Scholar at Lincoln’s Inn and has completed an internship at the UK Supreme Court. Adnan is a natural§ leader as shown by his time as a visiting lecturer at the London School of Economics and King’s College London. Adnan is an advocate who has won mooting and debating competitions in the Supreme Court and in Lincoln’s Inn and was recently awarded the Lord Kerr Written Advocacy Prize by the UK Supreme Court Justice Lord Lloyd-Jones. .

Adnan Khaliq

is a Fox Scholar at Lenczner Slaght.

Adnan graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Reading Faculty of Law in 2015. He then completed a Commercial Law LLM at the University of Cambridge in 2020 where he was awarded the William Charnley Prize for the highest First-Class Honours in the LLM at his College. More recently, he completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Bar Practice at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy as a Lord Denning and Residential Scholar at Lincoln’s Inn.

Adnan was very involved in extracurricular activities at Lincoln’s Inn. Adnan won the Inn’s Inter-Provider Moot Competition as well as its Debating Shield, and was selected by senior members of the Inn to serve as President of the Student Association for 2021-2022. In addition, Adnan completed an internship at the UK Supreme Court and was selected by Lord Lloyd-Jones as the winner of the Lord Kerr Written Advocacy Prize.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Adnan was a Visiting Law Lecturer in private law subjects at the London School of Economics and King’s College London and he taught public law at City Law School. Adnan previously worked at FromCounsel; a corporate/commercial law knowledge service set up by KCs at a leading Set of Chambers in London.

Adnan enjoys pro bono work and, in England, successfully secured a five-figure sum for his client in a social security appeal before the First-tier Tribunal.
