is the Director of Client Operations at Lenczner Slaght.
Ursula is responsible for managing the Firm’s process improvement initiatives to address specific operational needs for our clients. Her role focuses on client service, legal service delivery and general business processes.
Prior to joining the Lenczner Slaght, Ursula worked for one of Canada’s largest law firms for nearly a decade, where she successfully launched a business intelligence research department, a pricing function and an internal resource centre.
Ursula has a background in proposal writing which evolved into a process oriented approach to departmental and legal service operations. She has led a variety of process improvement and technology implementation projects for improved client service.
