Commerciallist.com Celebrates One Year Anniversary

One year ago today, Lenczner Slaght launched commerciallist.com, a one-stop shop for all things Commercial List.

Commercial litigation represents the heart of our practice.  As a firm devoted exclusively to litigation, we have a deep reserve of experience practicing on the Commercial List. One year ago and in an effort to provide value to members of the Commercial List community, we created commerciallist.com.

Since its launch, Lenczner Slaght has continued to power the website with a growing and comprehensive list of practice resources, precedents, answers to frequently asked questions, best practices, interviews and blogs, important decisions, and relevant news and events. The website also now includes a COVID-19 Resource Centre with the latest court and tribunal updates, emergency orders, legal resources, and video conference attendance protocols to help Commercial List practitioners navigate through the pandemic.

Monique Jilesen, partner at Lenczner Slaght and member of the Commercial List Users’ Committee, led the development of the website.
