IPIC 2026 Conference

Andrew Moeser was invited to moderate the session titled Jurisdiction and Territoriality of IP Rights and Remedies in Canada at the IPIC 2026 Conference. Andrew will lead a discussion exploring the territorial limits of Canadian copyright, trademarks, and patents, including whether clients can sue or be sued in Canada, the scope of relief Canadian courts can grant, and how federal and provincial superior courts treat these issues.
