Lenczner Slaght Welcomes Kelly Kim

Canada’s leading litigation firm continues to expand its health law expertise with the addition of Kelly Kim as counsel.

Kelly’s practice focuses on health law. She represents regulated health professionals in a wide range of matters, including medical negligence, privacy issues, proceedings before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, hospital privileges disputes, and other administrative and regulatory matters.

“We are delighted to welcome Kelly to Lenczner Slaght,” says Managing Partner, Monique Jilesen. “Kelly brings experience in medical negligence and regulatory matters along with first-hand experience in the healthcare sector, giving her valuable insight into the challenges facing regulated health professionals. We look forward to the perspective she will bring to our health law practice!”

Kelly received her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, she volunteered as a case worker with the Osgoode Mediation Clinic and worked at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, where she gained exposure to a range of civil and forensic mental health law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelly summered and articled at a full-service law firm in Ottawa, where she gained broad litigation experience in areas including medical malpractice, administrative law, and insurance defence.

Welcome, Kelly!
