Megan* is a law clerk and a licensed paralegal. Her focus is commercial litigation; however, she has experience in several practice areas and is always ready to expand her knowledge. Megan runs§ the show behind the scenes liaising with clients, coordinating complex document collections, managing productions, and assisting with examinations for discovery and trial preparation. Confident and experienced in using database software Eclipse and Relativity, her ability to manage complex matters is considerable. Megan manages cases her way by utilizing legal project management principles to deliver results. She provides a strong and tailored approach for each case, beginning to end. .

Megan Bradt

is a law clerk and licensed paralegal at Lenczner Slaght.

Megan joined the firm in 2014 and brought over 5 years’ experience in commercial, civil, family and estate litigation, as well as class actions. Her current areas of practice are within commercial, intellectual property and pharmaceutical litigation. She also provides support to lawyers in professional disciplinary matters for regulatory colleges. Megan is well versed in the procedures of the Small Claims Court, Superior Court, Federal Court and Court of Appeal, and has a particular interest in documentary disclosure through platforms such as Eclipse and the movement to e-Trials.
