Megan Bradt


Megan* is a law clerk and a licensed paralegal. Megan’s focus is in commercial, intellectual property and pharmaceutical litigation. Megan runs§ the show behind the scenes by liaising with clients, managing electronic databases, organizing complex document collection, e-discovery processes and trial preparation. Hailing from a farming village in rural Southwestern Ontario, Megan moved to Toronto to chase her professional goals but keeps up the pace in her personal time by running competitively. The focus and dedication required to run these races are the same qualities that she brings to her work. Megan manages cases her way by advancing the use of electronic processes for traditionally paper intensive matters. She may have roots in a small town, but her ability to manage complex matters is considerable. A bit of a perfectionist, Megan strives for first place with any task she’s given .

Megan Bradt

is a law clerk and licensed paralegal at Lenczner Slaght.

Megan joined the firm in 2014 and brought over 5 years’ experience in commercial, civil, family and estate litigation, as well as class actions.  Her current areas of practice are within commercial, intellectual property and pharmaceutical litigation.  She also provides support to lawyers in professional disciplinary matters for regulatory colleges.  Megan is well versed in the procedures of the Small Claims Court, Superior Court, Federal Court and Court of Appeal, and has a particular interest in documentary disclosure through platforms such as Eclipse and the movement to e-Trials.
