National Annual Symposium on Contract Law 2026

Scott Rollwagen was invited to speak at OsgoodePD’s National Annual Symposium on Contract Law, as part of the session Performance Under Pressure: Good Faith, Discretion and Contracting in Practice. Scott will discuss how contracts are performed and managed in real time, including the limits of good faith, enforcing risk allocation when performance breaks down, and exposure from pre-contractual conduct and letters of intent. He will also share guidance on discretion, termination, and renegotiation under commercial pressure, and on turning these principles into practical client advice.
