ReferToHer & LEAF Team Up in Fight for Gender Equity
Lenczner Slaght is proud to announce that ReferToHer™ will once again partner with the Women’s Legal Education & Action Fund (LEAF) as the exclusive matching donor for their largest Giving Tuesday fundraiser to date.
On Tuesday, November 28, 2023, we will be matching up to $15,000 of all donations made to LEAF to aid in their important work towards ensuring the substantive equality of women, girls, trans, and non-binary people across Canada, and all those who experience gender discrimination.
Pam Hrick, Executive Director & General Counsel at LEAF, had this to say about the partnership: “Given our mutual mission to advance gender equity, we are delighted to continue our three-year partnership with Lenczner Slaght, through their ReferToHer™ initiative. We’re grateful for their increasingly generous contributions and support."
Sana Halwani, Partner and Founder of ReferToHer™, adds: “LEAF does incredible work in ensuring that the law guarantees people of all genders have equal rights, responsibilities, and opportunities. We encourage all ReferToHer™ listees and supporters to donate, and we’ll make sure your contribution goes twice as far in advancing gender equity in Canada.”
Tomorrow, help LEAF achieve their $30,000 goal by donating here!
