Superior Court of Ontario Appoints Judicial Inquiry Commissioner

William C. McDowell has been appointed as Commission Counsel, and Naomi D. Loewith has been named Associate Commission Counsel, to the judicial inquiry to be conducted into the potential conflicts of interest with respect to the City of Mississauga's purchase of lands within the City Centre.
