Understanding Patents Course 2025

Andrew Moeser was invited to share his expertise on the Understanding Patents Course, hosted by McGill University in partnership with the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC). In the session titled, Cease and Desist Letters, Andrew provided insights on infringing acts and key considerations when drafting and sending cease and desist letters. He also participated in a Fireside Chat titled, Managing Settlement - Guidance on Managing Complex Patent Litigation.
