Monique Jilesen was invited to present at the OBA's Young Lawyers Division program Your First Civil Trial. She shared her expertise on the panel "Introducing Evidence at Trial." Monique discussed how to introduce exhibits, including during remote proceedings, ethical issues and professional responsibilities, issues of admissibility, considerations for expert evidence, and the strategic use of objections.
