Abbotsford trial comes to a close

Lauren Mills Taylor co-authored a review of the BCCLA’s intervention in a trial challenging the constitutionality of by-laws enacted by the City of Abbotsford. The city sought to prevent homeless individuals from sleeping or erecting shelters in public spaces. (Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght)
