Adhi Reza (she/her)

is the Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications at Lenczner Slaght.

Adhi leads the firm’s high-impact brand and marketing strategy and drives the programs that strengthen our reputation including digital marketing, media relations, content marketing and thought leadership, rankings and awards, advertising, and sponsorships. She combines a strategic, long-term vision with expert planning and execution to ensure our marketing is bold, creative, and client-focused.

Adhi brings a deep understanding of Lenczner Slaght’s brand and a proven ability to envision, plan, and execute big ideas. She helped develop and launch our groundbreaking, award-winning programs, ReferToHer™, Data-Driven Decisions, and commerciallist.com, and continues to guide their growth and strategy.

A strong business communicator, Adhi partners with the firm’s Management Committee and business leaders to craft strategic communication and change management plans for complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring they have clear, consistent, and compelling messaging aligned to the firm’s strategic plan. She has also served on our firm’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility (IDEA) Committee for six years.

Beyond the firm, Adhi actively advances the legal marketing profession through her work with the Legal Marketing Association (LMA), where she currently serves as Director of Communications on the LMA Canada Board.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Adhi earned an Honours degree in International Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, as well as a specialization in Marketing with particular focus in marketing management, brand and media strategy, market research, social media marketing, and strategic communications.
