CIPO to modernize IP profession
Andrew Skodyn's article appeared in the January 23, 2015 issue of the Lawyers Weekly. This article discussed proposals to modernize the IP Community.
"The times are changing for patent and trademark agents in Canada. If recent proposals for modernizing the IP community are accepted, the processes of becoming, finding and remaining a patent or trademark agent will all change.
