Monique Jilesen was quoted in the New York Times / AP articled Cleveland Indians Can Use Logo and Name in Toronto, Says Canadian Judge on October 17, 2016.
Monique Jilesen, a lawyer for Cardinal, told McEwen that the game could be played with spring training uniforms that do not carry the name or the Chief Wahoo logo.

Jilesen said that the club was informed of the legal challenge on Sunday and that there was no attempt to stop the game.
