Commerciallist.com Receives Precedent Innovation Award

Precedent Magazine recognizes commerciallist.com, our one-stop shop for all things Commercial List, among the innovative people, projects and ideas that are improving the legal profession.

As a firm devoted exclusively to litigation, Lenczner Slaght has deep experience practicing on the Commercial List, where many of Canada's most complex commercial cases are heard. In an effort to provide value to members of the Commercial List community, we launched commerciallist.com in 2019, a website that hosts existing practice resources, precedents, important decisions, answers to frequently asked questions, best practices, interviews, blogs, news, and relevant events all in one place. More importantly, the website includes original content that shares the unique aspects and unwritten rules of practicing on the Commercial List that exists in the minds of our expert litigators who are regulars at this specialized Court. Furthermore, new content and resources are added weekly based on the needs of the Commercial List community.

As a one-stop shop for all things Commercial List, commerciallist.com not only increases access to the Court for clients, colleagues, judges, and law students across North America, it also demonstrates our firm’s commitment to innovation and the administration of justice in the legal industry.
