Lawyers’ Liability Litigation

Counsel to two lawyers whose former clients made allegations of ineffective representation as the basis for an appeal of an unsuccessful summary judgment motion. An intervention in the appeal was successful and the Court of Appeal found that the lawyers’ work was not ineffective. (Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght)
