Lenczner Slaght Once Again Recognized Among Canada’s 5-Star Pro Bono Firms

We are proud to be named one of Canada’s 5-Star Pro Bono Firms in Canadian Lawyer’s annual report, published in partnership with Pro Bono Ontario. This recognition celebrates law firms across the country that demonstrate a meaningful, institutional commitment to advancing access to justice through pro bono service.

Lenczner Slaght has a strong commitment to pro bono work and community service, reflecting a core value of the firm and one concrete way we give back to the community. We encourage our lawyers to engage in pro bono matters and regularly provide opportunities to get involved. Our lawyers and students continue to contribute their time and advocacy to a wide range of pro bono matters, including through the firm’s dedicated programs and longstanding partnerships. This includes our continued work with the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, the Pro Bono Referral Project for the Canadian Centre for Housing Rights, Legal Aid Ontario’s Clinic Resource Office, and Pro Bono Ontario’s Free Legal Advice Hotline.
