Lenczner Slaght Welcomes Lauren Sigal

Canada’s leading litigation firm is delighted to welcome Lauren Sigal as our Director of Legal Talent.

Lauren will be responsible for leading the firm’s talent team and strategy. In her role, she will manage all aspects of the talent program, including performance management, career development, mentorship, retention, and lateral recruitment. Lauren will also be involved in other important firm initiatives relating to diversity and inclusion, engagement, training, and, across all initiatives and services, she will work closely with firm leaders to align talent growth and development with the firm’s broader strategic goals and objectives.

Lauren has 4+ years of professional experience in talent advisory at a another national law firm in Canada. She is also an experienced lawyer, having previously practiced commercial litigation, with a specialization in restructuring and insolvency, for almost a decade at a law firm in Toronto.
