Sana Halwani Named a Global Female IP Star
Sana Halwani has been recognized in Managing Intellectual Property’s 2017 edition of IP STARS Top 250 Women in IP.
The IP STARS Top 250 Women in IP legal directory recognizes female IP practitioners internationally who have “performed exceptionally for their clients and firms in the past year.” As a Lenczner Slaght partner, Sana does just that.
With degrees in biochemistry and bioethics, Sana has significant experience in IP disputes in the life sciences, technology, energy, and gaming industries. She is registered in both the US and Canada as a patent agent, and is a Canadian trademark agent. Sana has represented clients at all levels of the Ontario and Federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Sana also has extensive experience in large cross-border disputes.
Sana has also been named both a Patent star and a Trademark star in Canada by Managing IP.
