Surveillance disclosure tightens
Brian Kolenda's article appears in the May 1, 2015 issue of the Lawyers Weekly published by Lexis Nexis Canada Inc. This article discusses the decision in Iannarella v. Corbett, 2015 ONCA 110 which deals with disclosure and the use of surveillance evidence.
