The Procedural Unfairness of the Law Society of Ontario’s Regulatory Bylaws
Donya Tamehi authored an article for Osgoode’s legal commentary blog, theCourt.ca. The article critiques the Ontario Superior Court of Justice's decision in Mirza v Law Society of Ontario, arguing that while the court correctly voided compromised bar exam results, its reasoning on procedural fairness was flawed, and calls for legislative reform of the Law Society Act and its by-laws.
