Veronica Tsou Recognized as OBA Rising Star in IP
We are proud to announce that Veronica Tsou is the recipient of the Ontario Bar Association’s inaugural Rising Star Award, celebrating exceptional junior members of the Information Technology and Intellectual Property section.
Veronica is recognized for her work on high-profile cases, her contributions to the IT/IP bar and the legal and broader community, her commitment to mentorship, and her concrete action in advancing Lenczner Slaght’s EDI and pro bono work.
“Veronica is a fantastic and integral member of our IP team. In the last few years, she has worked on some of our largest, and most complex IP litigation cases, and I have seen her transition into a leadership role in the team. She is also committed to advancing EDI and improving access to justice through her work on the firm’s EDI committee, her mentoring with the First Generation Network, and her leading our new collaboration with a major legal aid organization in Ontario,” says Sana Halwani, Head of the firm’s IP Litigation Group. “She is a natural strategist and clients love her. It’s no surprise that Veronica continues to be recognized as a rising star.”
Congratulations, Veronica, on this well-deserved recognition!
