Windsor Law Celebrates Sam Hale for Outstanding Professional Achievement
Sam Hale is the recipient of the 2023 Alumni Award for Extraordinary Contribution to Windsor Law in Memory of John Mountain ’86, who was a dedicated mentor, teacher, benefactor, community leader and fellow alumnus.
This award recognizes Sam’s outstanding professional achievement combined with her dedication to the Windsor Law community.
Sam is an associate at Lenczner Slaght. Her litigation practice covers a wide range of areas, including commercial disputes, professional liability and regulation, civil matters, and public litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she received her law degree from the University of Windsor, where she completed a Masters of Social Work concurrently.
From Sam’s impressive career path clerking both at the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as her incredible work at Lenczner Slaght, combined with her dedication to the Windsor Law community as the alumni representative on the Clerkship Committee for the past two years, she continues to be an inspiration to prospective students, current students, and alumni of Windsor Law.
