Introducing Our New Partners
Canada’s leading litigation firm is proud to announce the promotion of Meghan Bridges, Madison Robins, and Jonathan McDaniel to its partnership.
“I am proud to welcome these three outstanding litigators to our partnership,” says Monique Jilesen, Managing Partner of Lenczner Slaght. “The confidence that our clients have in their exceptional advocacy, business acumen, and ability to successfully navigate complex disputes makes them a vital part of the strength of our firm going forward.”
Meghan Bridges maintains a broad civil litigation practice encompassing a wide range of areas, including professional liability, commercial litigation, and class actions. Meghan has particular experience litigating complex medical negligence and commercial matters, conducting investigations, and giving real-time advice on highly sensitive and urgent matters of public importance. She is a fierce advocate who has a strong ability to lead and bring a team together. This combined with her keen judgement and extensive trial experience, having both prosecuted and defended complicated claims at trial and on appeal, allows her to solve her clients’ toughest problems.
Madison Robins has a broad commercial and civil litigation practice, with particular focus on shareholder disputes and oppression claims, contract issues, securities matters, insolvency, and professional liability. She has acted as lead counsel at trial and on appeal, and has particular expertise in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, having successfully completed the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society’s Gold Standard Course. Madison regularly confronts ground-breaking issues in technology, contractual interpretation, civil fraud, professional discipline, and constitutional law in her practice. Her clients rely on her intellectual strength and strategic ability to develop practical solutions to their complex disputes.
Jonathan McDaniel maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, and public law. His clients have included government agencies, boards of directors, oil and gas companies, regulated professionals, manufacturers, financial institutions, developers, insurers, and technology companies, among others. Drawing on his varied experience, Jon gets to the bottom of the issues that are important to his clients and uses his strategic thinking, persuasive advocacy, and excellent analytical skills to practically advance their interests inside and outside of the courtroom.
Congratulations, Meghan, Madison, and Jonathan! They will play a key role in our firm’s continued success.
