Lenczner Slaght Appoints Claudia Bessant as Chief Operating Officer

Lenczner Slaght is excited to announce that Claudia Bessant is our new Chief Operating Officer and member of the Management Committee.

As our Chief Operating Officer, Claudia will lead our operations-focused business teams, including the Finance, Pricing, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal Assistants, Project Management, and Office Services functions. In this role, she will be responsible for guiding all aspects of the firm’s operational strategy, implementation, and the day-to-day management of the firm.

Claudia first joined Lenczner Slaght as Director of Finance in September 2020 and was instrumental in modernizing our Finance function, streamlining our processes, and transforming our financial data into value-add information that support the priorities of our firm and clients. Prior to that, Claudia worked for one of the world’s top accounting and consulting firms.
