Claudia leads the Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Office Services functions as Chief Operating Officer, executing on the firm’s operational strategy and ensuring strategic alignment across these core areas. She fosters collaboration among business team leaders and works closely with the Management Committee to drive initiatives that advance the firm’s strategic plan and priorities.

Equipped with a degree in Mathematics and a Chartered Professional Accountant designation, Claudia brings deep expertise in financial analysis and data-driven decision-making to her operational leadership.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, she worked for one of the world’s top accounting and consulting firms, where she played a leadership role in the firm’s largest projects, including a global systems implementation and major construction initiatives. Her experience across industries and functions enables her to bridge finance, operations, and people—streamlining processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational excellence at Lenczner Slaght.
