Claudia is responsible for leading all aspects of the firm’s day-to-day Finance operations, and is focused on streamlining processes while driving insights and analytics to support the firm’s priorities. Focused on aligning with the firm’s short and long-term initiatives, Claudia uses her strategic and business acumen to streamline processes and deliver insights that will serve our clients and various internal and external stakeholders.

Equipped with a degree in Mathematics, Claudia pursued her Chartered Professional Accountant designation, and has since held various roles in Finance. Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Claudia worked for one of the world’s top accounting and consulting firms, where she played a leadership role in the firm’s largest projects, including a global systems implementation. Her prior experience spans across different industries and functions, and this collection of learnings is the foundation to the innovation she aspires to instill at Lenczner Slaght.
