Claudia is responsible for leading all aspects of the firm’s operational strategy, implementation, and day-to-day management of the firm. She collaborates with the Management Committee and business team leaders to ensure their alignment in advancing the firm’s strategic plan and short and long-term priorities. Claudia also uses her strategic and business acumen to streamline processes and deliver insights that will serve our clients and various internal and external stakeholders.

Equipped with a degree in Mathematics, Claudia pursued her Chartered Professional Accountant designation, and has since held various roles in Finance. Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Claudia worked for one of the world’s top accounting and consulting firms, where she played a leadership role in the firm’s largest projects, including a global systems implementation. Her prior experience spans across different industries and functions, and this collection of learnings is the foundation to the innovation she aspires to instill at Lenczner Slaght.
