Claudia leads the Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Office Services functions as Chief Operating Officer, executing on the firm’s operational strategy and ensuring strategic alignment across these core areas. She collaborates closely with the Management Committee and business team leaders to advance the firm’s strategic plan and priorities.

Equipped with a degree in Mathematics and a Chartered Professional Accountant designation, Claudia has held various roles in Finance. Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, she worked for one of the world’s top accounting and consulting firms, where she played a leadership role in the firm’s largest projects, including a global systems implementation and major construction initiatives. Her experience across industries and functions continues to inform her approach to streamlining processes, delivering insights, and driving operational excellence at Lenczner Slaght.
