Lenczner Slaght Welcomes Discovery Support Lawyer

Canada’s leading litigation firm strengthens its Discovery practice with the addition of Charles Boocock.

With more than a decade of experience crafting discovery strategies and leveraging tools and software platforms, Charles is an expert at developing efficient approaches to identifying and reviewing discovery documents, and understands how they fit into the bigger picture of any particular dispute. Under the leadership of Sarah Millar, Discovery Counsel, Charles will assist our litigators in analyzing documents for relevance, making privileged determinations, and performing quality control work on outsourced document reviews.

Prior to joining the firm, Charles was part of a discovery management team at a leading national law firm. He reviewed and analyzed documentary evidence in major litigation and regulatory matters, and assisted counsel in answering undertakings and identifying key documents for the purposes of building their cases.

Charles obtained his JD from Georgetown University in Washington, where he graduated cum laude.
