Lenczner Slaght Welcomes Lauren Mills Taylor
Canada’s leading litigation firm continues to add to its depth of experience and knowledge.
Lauren Mills Taylor is an experienced advocate whose litigation practice encompasses professional liability, commercial litigation, class actions, defamation, public and administrative law, and appeals. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario as all as administrative tribunals.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren worked as an associate at a top litigation boutique in Toronto, specializing in civil litigation, class actions, professional liability, and criminal appeals. As a summer and articling student at a full-service firm in Calgary, Lauren worked in the areas of commercial litigation and arbitration, construction, and securities litigation. Lauren also clerked at the Alberta Court of Appeal for Justice Marina Paperny and at the Supreme Court of Canada for Justice Malcom Rowe.
Lauren received her JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where she was awarded the Law Foundation of Nova Scotia Scholarship. Lauren spent a semester working at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Service, assisting low-income clients with family, criminal and administrative law matters, and a summer working at the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association, where she focused on public interest litigation.
