Colin Johnston co-chaired the OBA Health Law program on Mental Health and the Regulation of Health Professionals. Colin shared his expertise on how health regulators and employers manage mental health issues, including mental health challenges in the health professions, the relationship between mental illness and misconduct, and non-disciplinary responses to mental health.
