Paul-Erik Veel Named Among Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers of 2022

Following an astounding 14,721 votes across 147 nominations, Paul-Erik Veel is recognized as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers of 2022 in the “Changemaker” category!

This recognition highlights Paul-Erik’s innovation in and advocacy of using data analytics to advance the practice of law and achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.

Clients increasingly demand strategic legal advice grounded in empirical data. That is why, in March 2021, Paul-Erik developed and launched Lenczner Slaght Data-Driven Decisions, a program allowing us to advocate for and advise clients based not just on our judgment and analysis of case law, but also based on data. As part of this program, Paul-Erik oversaw the development of six comprehensive datasets not previously available in legal.

Paul-Erik’s insight into the critical role of data and his vision to apply that to real-world litigation problems has facilitated a continuous dialogue in the legal industry about how to make better and faster decisions for clients.
