Jaan Lilles brings a wide range of litigation experience from professional liability and medical malpractice, through commercial disputes and class actions, to employment and administrative law. Already recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada, he has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and before many administrative tribunals. For his Masters of Law, Jaan wrote a thesis on "The Common Law Right to Privacy".
Shara Roy has acted for clients on some of the most complex and high-profile commercial cases, including for Ernst & Young in the Sino-Forest proceedings and for the Special Committee of Coventree Inc. Shara has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, and regularly appears before regulatory tribunals. She is a frequent speaker on topics of advocacy skills and commercial and securities litigation.
Dena Varah has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, representing client in corporate and commercial litigation, oppression claims, professional negligence cases, employment/wrongful dismissal matters and administrative and insurance law. She is recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for her expertise in Health Care law.
