At Lenczner Slaght, we are committed to supporting and promoting the advancement of women at our firm and in the legal industry.

Lenczner Slaght has taken another bold step toward gender equality. We have initiated ReferToHer, a series of lists of experienced female lawyers to whom you can confidently refer work. Referrals are key to achieving business success; we hope this program will help ensure that female lawyers are as top of mind as their male colleagues.

Sana Halwani and Shara Roy, partners at Lenczner Slaght, initiated the ReferToHer program: “Having good referral sources and being able to provide good referrals to clients is an integral part of a thriving practice. The spark for this idea came from the practical need for experienced female lawyers to be as top of mind as their male colleagues. We all succeed when the right people are part of the right team.”
