Jocelyn manages a team of allied legal professionals and draws on her legal, regulatory, and management experience to oversee our high-volume practice while ensuring the highest standards of service and client deliverables.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Jocelyn spent over seven years at an Ontario healthcare regulator, where she held several leadership roles. She led large multidisciplinary teams, managed complex regulatory processes, and drove strategic improvements in intake and investigation procedures.

Jocelyn is also an experienced litigator, having previously practiced at firms specializing in corporate and securities litigation. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and various regulatory bodies.

She holds a Master of Laws with a specialization in Health Law from York University and brings a longstanding commitment to professional regulation, health law, and client-centered service.
