Jordan is a foreign-qualified lawyer with deep international experience in law, consulting, and government. Pivoting from legal practice to a focus on the business of law and law firm operations, he leads legal projects and innovation/practice enablement programs at Lenczner Slaght.

Prior to joining the firm, Jordan was the national leader for competitive procurement and regulatory matters at a global technology startup where he helped to make Canada the company's most successful market.

Jordan previously practiced as a solicitor in financial services, capital markets, labour law, and government law in the UK and Australia. He was also appointed as a legal and political adviser to an Attorney-General and Finance and Industrial Relations Minister in Australia.
