Lynsey Clement listen


Lynsey* is the Manager of Human Resources at Lenczner Slaght. She develops§ and delivers new programs, policies and procedures for the firm, while also playing a central role in the staff and administration recruitment process, orientation and education programs, event coordination and various other firm initiatives. Lynsey assists in implementing and administering resources for all members of the firm. .

Lynsey Clement (she/her)

is the Manager of Human Resources at Lenczner Slaght.

Lynsey plays a key role in the strategy, design and execution of the firm’s Human Resources initiatives and programs. This includes supporting and administering the firm’s internal people relations, people and performance management, employee engagement, compliance, policies and procedures, program development, recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.

Through fostering strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities, Lynsey helps develop and advance the firm’s business services team.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Lynsey graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Degree in Psychology, followed by her Human Resources Management Degree from McMaster University.
