Mary-Rose Daigle
is the Director of Information Technology at Lenczner Slaght.
Mary-Rose is responsible for all aspects of our IT management, infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity. Working closely with our Management Committee and business team leaders, she advances and refines our IT strategic plan and provides tailored IT solutions to ensure we meet the needs of our lawyers, business team members, and clients.
With over three decades of hands-on work experience in the professional services and not-for-profit industries, Mary-Rose has personally witnessed the evolution of IT from the early days of personal computing through to the ubiquitous anytime/anywhere access of today. With her strong combination of technical and financial management skills, she focuses on adapting and enhancing our IT applications and infrastructure to engineer for success now and in the future. She puts the needs and security of our clients at the forefront of all decisions and prides herself on being a creative problem solver.
Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Mary-Rose worked for over eight years as a director at a national law firm. She has also held senior management roles with other notable organizations such as PwC, CNIB, Right to Play, and Plan International.
