Punita is responsible for providing day-to-day human resources operational support to our firm members. She also leads key processes and projects to contribute to the growth and capabilities of the HR function. Punita will play a key role in creating and executing the HR strategy of the firm.

Punita brings 13 years of Human Resources and Finance experience to the firm from various industries including logistics, automation & robotics, and legal services Her background includes planning, administration, recruitment, benefits, and compensation.

Punita has completed her Master of Business Administration from Pune University in Finance, followed by her Human Resources Management Degree from Sheridan College. She is also a Certified Human Resource Professional and an active member of Human Resources Professional Association.
