Ruxandra has an external client focus as she supports our lawyers on complex legal matters and collaborates with the firm’s business functions on a variety of strategic firmwide projects. She excels at planning and monitoring by taking a proactive approach to ensure projects are executed efficiently and cost-effectively.

Before joining Lenczner Slaght, Ruxandra worked for one of the five largest banks in Canada, where she managed multiple IT projects and obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Prior to her delivery role, she was part of the project management practices and governance team, where she developed and led a new project intake process which unified and improved reporting standards across portfolios.

After graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (focus in Finance), Ruxandra joined a multinational consulting company where she began her career in project management.
