Sarah oversees the Finance Operations team (Accounting, AP, Billing, Collections, Trust and Partner Matters) including the Matter Opening and Conflict functions. Leveraging her strong leadership skills, advanced analytical abilities, and proactive approach, Sarah streamlines complex tasks and drives quality improvements across the board. Committed to excellence, she focuses on building efficient processes on accuracy over financials.

Prior to joining Lenczner Slaght, Sarah graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Master of Accounting (Taxation Specialization) and a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management. She also holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation. Sarah has previously held leadership positions at MLSE, Deloitte and Sears Canada.
