Adhi Reza (she/her)

is the Senior Manager of Marketing & Business Development at Lenczner Slaght.

Adhi advances our firm’s brand and business growth strategy as the leader of these functions. She works to reinforce our market position, strengthen client relationships, and drive new opportunities. She partners with our lawyers to shape and execute individual and practice-level business plans, while overseeing high-impact programs including digital marketing, media relations, thought leadership, client development, recognition, industry engagement, advertising, and sponsorships. She combines a strategic, long-term vision with expert planning and execution to deliver initiatives that are bold, creative, and client-focused.

Adhi brings a deep understanding of Lenczner Slaght’s brand and a proven ability to envision, plan, and implement big ideas. She led the development and launch of our groundbreaking, award-winning programs, ReferToHer™, Data-Driven Decisions, and commerciallist.com, and continues to guide their evolution.

A strong business communicator, Adhi also advises the firm’s Management Committee and business leaders on strategic communications and change management plans for complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring they have clear, consistent, and compelling messaging aligned to the firm’s strategic plan. She has also served on our firm’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility (IDEA) Committee for seven years.

Beyond the firm, Adhi is a recognized leader in the broader legal marketing and business development community and actively advances the profession through her work with the Legal Marketing Association (LMA). She served as Director of Communications on the LMA Canada Board from 2024-2025.
