Adam Davis
is an associate at Lenczner Slaght.
Adam is developing a broad litigation practice. As a summer and articling student at the firm, he worked on a variety of matters including tort and professional negligence trials, contempt proceedings, Mareva and Norwich orders, and oppression proceedings. He supported several of these matters on appeal.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Adam served as a judicial law clerk to Justice Judith Woods of the Federal Court of Appeal.
Adam completed his law degree at the University of Toronto. While in law school, Adam worked as a Program Coordinator at Pro Bono Students Canada, an access to justice organization. Adam was also an active participant in the moot program, having competed in and served as a co-Chief Justice of the Callaghan Memorial Moot.
Prior to law school, Adam was a Director at a summer camp for several years, overseeing its operations alongside ownership. He remains an active member of the camping community.

Counsel to the court-appointed receiver in contempt proceedings on the Commercial List. Successfully obtained a finding of civil contempt and a full indemnity costs award – both of which were upheld on appeal.
