Adam* Davis is an associate at Lenczner Slaght. He enjoys delving into the grey areas of the law and hashing things out with his colleagues. Adam takes§ initiative, setting himself and his team up for success by learning the ins and outs of the file. He enjoys combining a self-directed approach to legal analysis developed as a judicial law clerk with the team-first approach he learned at the firm. No matter the situation, Adam positions himself and the team in the lead by thinking strategically and using sound judgement. As a former Program Coordinator at Pro Bono Students Canada and as a longtime Director at a summer camp, he has experience seeing the big picture and driving the team toward the ultimate goal. .

Adam Davis

is an associate at Lenczner Slaght.

Adam is developing a broad litigation practice. As a summer and articling student at the firm, he worked on a variety of matters including tort and professional negligence trials, contempt proceedings, Mareva and Norwich orders, and oppression proceedings. He supported several of these matters on appeal.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Adam served as a judicial law clerk to Justice Judith Woods of the Federal Court of Appeal.

Adam completed his law degree at the University of Toronto. While in law school, Adam worked as a Program Coordinator at Pro Bono Students Canada, an access to justice organization. Adam was also an active participant in the moot program, having competed in and served as a co-Chief Justice of the Callaghan Memorial Moot.

Prior to law school, Adam was a Director at a summer camp for several years, overseeing its operations alongside ownership. He remains an active member of the camping community.
