Bhreagh* is an associate at Lenczner Slaght. As a law clerk at the Federal Court of Appeal, Bhreagh learned the correlation between the exhaustive investigation of precedent and success in the courtroom. In law school, Bhreagh honed her analytical and problem-solving skills by serving as a research assistant for the Canada Research Chair in Human Rights, Health, and the Environment, volunteer at the Legal Information Clinic, and Editor-in-Chief of McGill Law’s student newspaper. Regardless of complexity, Bhreagh does§ a thorough and resourceful study of the dispositive questions in any given case. From drafting to pleading, Bhreagh understands that effective advocacy is grounded in a complete and conscientious exploration of the issues. For this reason, Bhreagh always performs her research with the end goal in mind. .

Bhreagh Ross (she/her)

is an associate at Lenczner Slaght.

Bhreagh maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on public and administrative law and complex commercial litigation. Bhreagh’s clients have included regulated professionals, developers, railway companies, and Indigenous governments. Bhreagh has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario, the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, and various administrative tribunals. 

Bhreagh received her JD and Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University, where she graduated on the Dean’s Honour List and was awarded the Stanley Kandestin W.C. prize for academic achievement and extracurricular involvement. Bhreagh was also the recipient of the Stephen A. Scott Award in Constitutional Law. A skilled oral advocate, Bhreagh competed in the 2020 Laskin Moot, where her team was selected as First Place School, First Place Factum, and First Place Pair. Bhreagh was also awarded Third Place Oralist overall.

Bhreagh is passionate about access to justice and is a proud volunteer with Pro Bono Ontario.
