Herschel W. Chaiet (he/him)

is an associate at Lenczner Slaght.

Herschel maintains a broad litigation practice, including commercial litigation, professional liability, infrastructure, real estate, and public law matters.

Herschel has acted for public and private companies, regulated professionals, and individuals in civil, administrative, appellate and arbitral proceedings.

Herschel graduated with Distinction from Western University’s Faculty of Law. Prior to studying law, Herschel completed a Master of Philosophy at McMaster University, where he wrote his master’s thesis on constitutional interpretation and presented his philosophy papers at international philosophy conferences.

Herschel proudly balanced his studies with work as a reservist in the Royal Canadian Navy.
