Militza Boljevic (she/her)
is an associate at Lenczner Slaght.
Militza summered and articled at Lenczner Slaght, where she gained experience across a wide range of matters including commercial litigation, professional liability, employment disputes and investigations.
Militza recently completed her JD at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. As a law student, Militza served as a working group leader for the David Asper Center for Constitutional Rights. In her final year, Militza was awarded the Dean’s Leadership Award for her contributions to several clubs, including Women & the Law, Out in Law, the Litigation Association, and the Peer Mentorship Program.
Militza was immediately drawn to mooting upon entering law school and participated in and coached the Gale Cup Moot. In her final year of law school, she was selected for the University of Toronto’s annual showcase Grand Moot.
Prior to law school, Militza completed a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance at the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory of Music. While at the Royal Conservatory, she sat on the Student Advisory Council, acting as a liaison between students and faculty members. Militza also simultaneously attended Glendon College at York University as a non-degree student studying Political Science.
